Shipping & Returns

• WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS.  

• WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

In case of any unsatisfactory situation of an item delivered, please let us know via email as soon as possible and we will gladly exchange or provide store credit, for unworn items/with original tags within 30 days of online purchase.

All listed sale items are final sales. That includes items purchased online with discount codes.

Please consider the following conditions,

•  Exchanged items must remain un-washed, un-worn with all tags attached.

• We cannot be held responsible for wrongfully entered shipping details resulting in lost or returned packages. (Make sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout)

•  Cancellations - Once an order has been processed, we cannot modify or change the order(including adding discounts). Please contact us via email, right away if you have made any mistakes before you receive the order process confirmation email from us.

• International (outside of Canada) orders are final sales.

• All items go through a quality control process and ship in pristine condition, however, if you feel you have received a damaged item please contact us about the issue within 3 business days. Shipping is non-refundable unless there is a mistake made on our end. Please be sure to inspect your items as soon as you get them, your satisfaction is our goal!

 

Any return request has to be approved, before processing it. All returns require a return authorization before they will be accepted. Please email barcelonafashionboutique@gmail.com for authorization.

Sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and jewelry are final sales.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please provide a tracking number via email with your return. Store credits or the exchange will not be issued until returned products are received and deemed in acceptable condition with ‘original tags on and unworn’.
